THE OLIOS PROCESS
Below is a summary of the 6-phase Olios Process. We hope it gives you a general idea of how we design each space. We truly believe each space is unique and should reflect you and your personality, which is why the details within the Olios Process are always altered for each client depending on your specific project needs.
This is where all the critical information is gathered and analyzed. During your in-home consultation, the space is measured and photographed, space conditions are examined, and an initial development of your space needs, wants, and overall vision is determined.
After meeting one-on-one within your space, Olios starts to develop a plan and determines the scope of work for your project. Olios will put together a Service Level Agreement which will outline specific project requirements, a project retainer, project estimate, project timeline, and design related fees.
CONCEPT DESIGN PHASE
Once all the necessary paperwork is taken care of, the project begins. During this phase, Olios begins to dissect your space and prepare sketches and layouts for your space. During this phase we choose an overall concept and develop sketches of our ideas. The timeframe of this phase may vary depending on the size of your project.
This phase is a favorite of ours! It is during this phase that we fully develop the design concept and we agree on all the space requirements. We select and purchase the specific finishes, furnishings, materials, lights, etc. Olios also begins to coordinate project details with contractors and other professional specialists involved in your project.
During this phase, Olios facilitates all ordering, delivery and installations involved in your renovation. This is also when we review any additional construction needs. Olios will give you one final ‘sneak peak’ before beginning the final design phase.
This is the final stage of the Olios Process. Olios will put together all the finishing touches, welcoming you into your new space.
